Lovely hotel , Close to Alberobello station , 2 swimming pool , where you can order snacks as well but the only thing I must mention is the breakfast doesn't match the 4star Hotel !

Disgusting hotel with an unfriendly staff, way below a 4-star one. The rooms’ furniture is old, broken, and poorly cleaned, with a pungent stench of mould. The bathroom only has a bathtub with a wall shower, no hand shower. The breakfast was a mockery with the hotel guests – only croissants, dry pastes and coffee from a vending machine, which is spoiled. The so-called "terrace" in the hotel’s description is a metal lattice before a French window. I am incredibly disappointed with this mediocre hotel!

Pleasant hotel, clean rooms, and a swimming pool on site. Breakfast was adequate, but not the best spread. 10 min walk to the old town or the bus station

Lovely hotel and breakfast, staff are really helpful. Had to ask for the air-conditioning to be made cooler at reception as it was way too hot overnight. The controls in the room didn't seem to function. Short 10 minute walk to town to see the sites and really lovely people. Dinner in town was lovely. Situated next to a train line but have not heard a train so far....

we were greeted well and informed about the property. The breakfast was disappointing as it was mostly breads and hard boiled eggs. And the room that was to hold 4 people was 3 twin beds. It was super close to the Trulli village and worth the short walk (15 easy minutes) to visit. Only 3 stars due to bfast menu and room space.

We stayed here for 11 nights. It is a good hotel. Cleanliness of rooms is great. Swimming pool is good with nice beds and umbrellas. You can also order snacks, light lunch and drinks at the pool. Breakfast is continental and is varied. Restaurant is in same room as breakfast, so not the most romantic room ;-). However food served is good quality. Ideal when you don't want to go out. We paid € 20,- pp for primi, secondi and dessert. Excluding drinks. Hotel personnel is excellent. The train is there twice an hour, but it will not disturb you. The hotel is ideally located to walk to Alberobello. Also good to explore the middle region of Puglia

The hotel as it stands is a nice. The rooms are clean and serviceable, the breakfast is adequate. However, the staff are disinterested to the point of rudeness. On check-out we owed 9.20 Euro and when we provided a 10 Euro note to pay there they were grumpy and our change was in very small denomination coins.
